Eligibility Requirements
Credit Score:
Applicants with subpar credit may still be considered with an additional security deposit, determined based on credit evaluation and employment verification.
Income Requirement:
Monthly household income must be at least 2 times (2x) the monthly rent.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit equivalent to at least one month’s rent is required. For applicants requiring additional deposits due to credit evaluation, the total deposit will be communicated after review.
Rental History:
Applicants must have no prior evictions or significant rental history concerns.
Co-Signer Option:
Applicants who do not meet certain criteria may qualify with a creditworthy co-signer.

Screening & Application Process
Credit & Background Screening:
All applicants are subject to a $75 non-refundable screening fee, which includes credit and background checks. Once completed, your screening results can be applied to any property within our management portfolio within 60 days of application.
Employment & Income Verification:
Applicants must provide verifiable proof of employment or consistent income sources, such as pay stubs, tax returns, or other supporting documentation.
